Dragon XI - shoot cars ...
What do you do if you have a small sensor and a good lens? Clear: macros and close-ups. So once again resorted to the flash system and played a bit:
The super macro mode of the XZ-1 is indeed only in wide-angle position of the lens - that Sun Again: note histogram and adjust so long until the exposure suits. The picture is made with f / 8 and with ND-density filter. The honeycomb is to the right spot only a few inches away, on the left side of a Styrofoam plate as a brightener, from underneath a blue-colored softbox.
And the whole thing is of course with Tele - then a close-up.
It works well behaved - again my carpet slip grating, the blue reflections in the bumper and the tires are by lighting from below. Here aperture 6.3. Does not get closer, the model car is already here at the closest focusing distance.
Both pictures are by the way 100% OOC no trimming, no editing.
